privacy policy.

DeskDuo is a two-person marketing studio based in the Philippines, working with service businesses in Australia and the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and respect the privacy laws that apply to our clients in Australia and the US.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, business name and anything else you include when you email us or book a call.
- Notes from our discovery calls about your business, goals and brand.
- For clients: logins, brand files and content you share so we can manage your accounts, plus billing details.
The post preview and plan builder on our website run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To plan, create and manage the work you hire us for.
- To send invoices and keep the records the law requires.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of trusted services to run the business, such as Google (email and documents), Canva (design), GoHighLevel (lead systems for clients who use them) and Meta (for ad campaigns we run on your behalf). Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, and loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from cdnjs, which may see your IP address when the page loads. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not set cookies or use tracking tools. If that changes, we'll update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years, and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. When we no longer need something, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email deskduomarketing@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
